The hotel is very centrally located. Close to everything: foods, markets, attractions! 10 min walk from the train station, to Ponte Vecchio. Cathedral of San Maria del Fiore was 3 min walk away. Breakfast (a la cart and continental) was included and delicious, and staff was super friendly. They freshly make your espresso and lattes! There is an elevator to get to your rooms on the 3rd floor. We booked 2 double occupancy rooms, and one of them was so spacious it could fit 3 people(there was a chaise to lounge on). The rooms were clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Room had quiet AC that was a welcome refuge after a long, hot day outside. Shower was strong with hot water. We were very happy with our decision to book here for our 3 night stay in Florence.

Lovely hotel; perfect location - we couldn't quite believe how convenient the location was. We took the tram from the airport which was a 20 min journey and then walked 5 mins to our hotel. Wonderful, warm welcome, left our bags in our very nice room and stepped outside and were immediately in the midst of the historical part of Florence. The Duomo was just around the corner and we had a vast selection of cafes, bars and restaurants on our doorstep. The hotel staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and we would like to particularly mention the very kind and helpful gentleman who served us in the bar in the evenings. We were so well looked after. The room was super comfortable with good quality bedding. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices with cooked breakfast options on offer which was an added, unexpected bonus. An absolute find and when we come to Florence again we know where to stay.

We loved everything, the room, the hotel location, the breakfast quality, the staff is very friendly. The best asset of this hotel is the central location as you are right there in the center and you can reach every landmark withing a 5 -10 mins walk. The amount of restaurants near the hotel is overwhelming and you have so many places to choose from. The room is romantic and nice as a bonus.

Best location you can find, just few steps away to the cathedral. Smiling and helpful staff every where. Breakfast is ok but the room was perfect. Best bed and pillow ever😍 The room fee was fair.
